If it was on purpose, the why? Supposedly, the Sipura management signed a non-competitive agreement that will last a few years so they are out of the picture for now. As to downloading the firmware, this seems to work: I'm not aware of any Linksys "equivalent" to a but PAP2s can be turned into a Sipura using firmware.
